At Ainsty Risk, we are passionate about giving our customers an exceptional service. However, we understand that occasionally things can go wrong. If this happens, we’d really like your feedback – not only does it allow us an opportunity to resolve your concerns, it also helps us to learn and improve our customer service. Equally we like to hear how our services have helped you and would love to hear how this has helped make your business better.

If you have a concern, are dissatisfied in some way or have a compliment you would like to make our Client Services team will investigate impartially and in a fair and independent manner.

To allow the Client Services team to investigate and resolve your concerns, please provide us with:

Upon receipt of your contact, the Customer Experience team will look to acknowledge complaints within three working days and aim to resolve the matter within 15 working days. However, whilst we will make every effort to resolve your complaint as soon as possible, there are some circumstances in which this may take longer. If it does take longer than this, we will keep you updated with the progress of your complaint and an anticipated resolution date.
